Second grade is in full swing, and we’re loving every minute! We took our learning outside, listening to Humphrey in the sunshine and kicking off our exciting Celebrate project.
In phonics, we mastered the oe sound, and the kids wrapped up their Humphrey writings—such a fun way to show their creativity! We’re almost finished with literature circles and can’t wait to start our next big project.
Math had our brains buzzing as we tackled tricky word problems and worked on deciding whether to add or subtract.
Kids in the Kitchen was a hit this week! Miss Bekah taught the class how to make her mom’s mandarin pasta salad—packed with veggies and absolutely delicious.
