SEL w/Mrs. Ochap –

  • This week, students are learning about coping skills. Coping skills are the tools we use to handle our difficult emotions. Coping skills can be used anytime we feel the need to ‘cool down.’ Ask your students what coping skills they are learning and practice using some at home together.
