English w/ Mr. Rouse –

- Short week. I conferenced with more of the students, we peer reviewed, and I spent some more time covering formatting.
Science w/ Mrs. McKay –
On Thursday, students continued their study of chemistry by preparing salts for chemical property tests. They also understood valence electrons, the Bohr model of atoms, and reactants and products in chemical equations.
Music w/Mrs. Chelsey –

- This short week, the students got a chance to try playing severall of our sound bath instruments themselves. Next week we choreograph a sound bath that they will play in its entirety. We will be videoing this once it’s ready so you will be able to see and hear what we put together!
- Our music journal entry was a response to a live performance (sung by me!) of “Alleluia from Exultate Jubilate” by Mozart.
